โ โ โ โ โ My mother went to see the doctor 15min before closing. The front desk asked her to go back to take her IC and Chas card. When she returned, they had shuttered the doors and refused to even talk to her. It would have been better if they just asked her to return the next day, rather to make an old lady rush back and forth in a mad rush. For shame Choong clinic!

โ โ โ โ โ Best doctor & clinic for me all these years. The medicines works for me all the time. My husband, kids, mom dad brother relatives neighbours also prefer being treated here. I dont mind travelling far from my new place Hougang all the way to Tampines. ?

โ โ โ โ โ Been my go to family doctor for about 18 years now. Doctors are brothers. Very well detailed and prescribed the right medications everytime!! Really comforting. Always remembered and recognised myself and my family. Receptionists are very friendly. One of them May be very garang at first but shes really sweet and compassionate. Very strong daikin aircon, no joke. Advice to Bring a sweater.

โ โ โ โ โ I reached the clinic approx 10 mins after checking over the phone if there is a long queue. Staff said not right now but I can come down now and see. Less than 10mins later, this clinic turned me away cos there were 4 more people who came in (after me, mind you) for a swab test. There was another 45 mins before closing time. With a migraine attack under the hot sun, it was a horrible day to go back without meds or to wait to see another doc or to go back in the afternoon. I could have been allowed to see the doctor out of courtesy or goodwill because I had gone down based on the staff's words, but the staff sorely lacked the empathy to exercise these values. I find this behaviour to be unethical to the medical practice and negligent of patient's welfare. Never going back.

โ โ โ โ โ I have been with this clinic since a teenager till now im a mother to an 18 yrs old boy. We have been attended by the friendly counter lady (Florence) and the doctors. This has been our family doctor for years..
However, since Florence's retirement and being replaced by that horrible old chinese lady. (Dont even know her name)We dont feel the same anymore. Guess it is time to change clinic, unless the Choong brothers (doctors) replaced her.

โ โ โ โ โ no long queues. Fast, excellence, friendly and a very professional doctor. That will always advice patients about the facts of health. Very reasonable price for the consultations. Friendly clinic assistant with so soft spoken approaches. Two thumbs up???
