Extremely disappointed on my first experience trying to purchase Choz for my baby's full month (even though it's also highly recommended from many mummies). First, I delivered just about ten days ago and received the brochure as part of TMC's goodies bag. But apparently ten days makes a hell lot of difference because the pricing, packages on the brochure is no longer valid as they have revamped their menu and what's valid is only on their website (as spoken to their crew via email). However I've still decided to make do with what's available on their website and proceed with my purchase. And unfortunately today I've received a call informing that I've to top up additional delivery charges with taxes because there's only one promotion available. (There's no t&c on the code for TMC babies brochure as uploaded) thus, without a doubt even with a purchase order of almost 500 bucks (after discount) I still have to top up delivery charges. To be very honest I am not upset with the amount to be topped up however if your website and brochures aren't on the same page then you need to #1 retract your brochures #2 update your website system that only one promo will be applied because no customers will be happy with this kind of extra charges that's not stated anywhere in any place. Gave a second star because cancellation and refund confirmation is received almost immediately right after the call. Appreciate the prompt action, which is the best service out of my whole experience trying to order something for a celebration.

Choz cakes taste average but the ordering team is worse.they will not read the email send to them properly or promptly and will just send out ur orders without confirmation and even when payment is not done .they will randomly send out ur order to the date that they think they have and not what you have chose. In the end ,u cannot celebrate the 1yr old birthday as planned . I do not recommend this place at all..

Had this as my wedding cakes for people. Ordering process was fast and responsive. Which lead to a 3 stars. However the taste and texture of cake was bad. There's a lot of crumbs. Won't recommend for big events.

We are really impressed with the great service and professionalism shown by Choz Confectionery. Their schedule could have been disrupted by our very last minute request, but they managed to help out, keep us on track and organized. You have no idea how appreciated that was and we really want to pass on our sincere thanks for keeping on top of the high quality of products and service with a very competitive price. Hope they are keeping well there, thanks again, and all the very best!
