โ โ โ โ โ Place order during CNY reunion dinner. Arrange Delivery 5 to 6pm, but in the end came at 8pm. They basically cannot cope or no plan during festive period. This is the 1st and last time to order from them.
Their Manager Janice called after I posted the review online to apologise and provide recovery meal for the incident in CNY. Food is nice and my family enjoy it. Thank You. Continue to have the Customer focused mindset or culture. Not many organisation is willing to do what you did.

โ โ โ โ โ Thank you for an awesome CNY steamboat dinner we had at my granny place yesterday. Good spread of foods and most importantly they seriously beat HDL delivery on their soup base. My family totally love it and will come back again!

โ โ โ โ โ This is the best hotpot I ever tried. Ordered for CNY eve and for my sis birthday last Friday. The packaging presentation was very nice and trendy. Fresh ingredients and rich hotpot broth ( superior collagen and classic tomato. I will recommend their xl grilled fish, big and come with a lot of base ingredients. Suan cai is the best. The only problem is the broth , always like not enough. HAHa , maybe my family we are all soup lover.

โ โ โ โ โ Ordered their Abundance reunion set for 10 pax + salmon yusheng large sized. ordering was easy and delivery was very prompt. thank you so much! the food are very fresh and worthy for the money spent. portion is huge and they have a wide variety of options to choose to add on to the current menu. collagen pot is a definitely must try.

โ โ โ โ โ An excellent and ample spread from starter to main course and then dessert. Drunken prawns, prawn paste and meat & mushroom paste were special. The dipping sauce variety is good and helped to enhance the taste of the food. Not forgetting, their delivery was prompt, so big thanks to the delivery team too! โญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธ

โ โ โ โ โ My go to steamboat delivery every year for our CNY reunion. Their soup bases are tasty , ingredients are fresh and the portions are very generous. We request for their table service and all we need to do is to enjoy the hotpot with no fuss in setting up and wrapping up the mess!

โ โ โ โ โ Have ordered 2 times and it has been fantastic both times! We ordered the superior collagen broth and tomato broth and was blown away by the taste. The meat and vegetable that came with the set was also fresh and in adequate quantity for 4 to 5 pax.
Overall will highly recommend to all those who wants to have hotpot in the comfort of their own home but without the hassle of going out to buy and prepare ingredients.

โ โ โ โ โ I ordered the suancai fish set for a family gathering, and it was as advertised - No fuss, good and fresh ingredients delivered and enjoyed right at home. We enjoyed the fresh fish, plus the hotpot side dishes was definitely more enough to feed up 6 person. We had a great dinner, full tummy and satisfied smiles all table round. Excellent service and value for money, will order again.
