Good pricing and customer service! Sales rep Andy was knowledgeable, helpful and most importantly honest. Non pushy and patient service. Will definitely buy from them again.

Only less than a year: 1) Said that the rack was stainless steel but rust is forming 2) Multipoint heater that I bought, the temperature of the water changes when both shower taps are on, but he clearly said it won't 3) 2 Showerheads cracked so easily 4) Showerhead holders are loose. 5) Spray hose is leaking (have changed 2 hoses after a year) After 2 years, I changed the water heater switch twice because wire was burnt. Third time short circuit. Electrician said it was because of the water heater as it drew too much power! What a bad recommendation!

Ok they have rheem parts which is affordable for contractors. But prices seems to have increased alot this two years...

Going to do reno my flat , need to buy some kitchen & bathroom appliances . My contractor recommend me to go to this places to have a look. Went in the store but tell the lady ‘ Lee Fei’ , I just want to look at the items to understand more before purchases. She is helpful and answer my queries. She can sense that I have concern on the price and told me not to worry , the price is before discount when buy as bundle. Although I didn’t confirm any purchase today but she is still happy to help out. The shop have quite lot of items you need when prepare to reno for your new house. She even told me , due to they are having long history in this industry , thus the price for sure cheaper than others. I am not sure if this is truth , but at least this is the best customer service I have so far after went to few hardware shops. I will get back there to buy what I need for sure. PS : This is not a advertisement but I hope can help others like me( new house owner who needs to work in Budget & no clue where to find what we need) to have an idea about the shop when do Google check.

Had a good experience buying hob and hood at Chuan Heng. Not pushy. Christine took time to explain the different functions and provided good advice patiently. I was changing my mind even the the point of making payment. Just waiting for the installation next. Hope everything will go well. Happy buyer

The staff of this store is not friendly and ridiculous. My Dad went back to them to claim warranty for a faulty tap's handle. As they have mentioned before that the tap have 6 months warranty and they asked us to do ridiculous thing. Do note the warranty has not expired. How are they not friendly. First, my dad call them and said that the tap handle has loosen and drop out and need to fix it back. He ask my dad send photo to him. During the process of talking, the staff has no patient like he is very irritated. This part understandable cause the staff might be busy but still sounds not friendly. After Sending photo, no responds from the staff. Even try calling back also no one pick up after sending the photo. Second, after a few days of no responds, my dad went down to the store and asked can ask someone come and fix the tap's handle. The staff said "Uncle, bring down the tap and we fixed it here for you". What the heck are you trying to said? Do my dad looks like a plumber to you? If he know how to dismantle the tap and bring down. He would have brought it down when he went to the store. Seriously, what kind of service are you trying to provide here? I see there are good reviews for during sales service. But the after sales service is bad. Please do think twice before purchasing anything from them.

Terrible ridiculous attitude and service although recommended by Joven which I use for my water heater. Hope Joven sees this. I called about 10 times for almost 3 hours from 930 am to speak with 2 ladies to get a quote, sent photo and video and still no response. Was told to call after lunch at 12 pm and was told the boss responded but sent reply to wrong phone number. The lady Li fei said she was looking for the message to resend and that I should listen to her explanation! I told her that if they are not interested, to please let me know as I have been calling them many times without getting a reasonable response. I said I can look for another installer and she told me to go ahead.
