Customer service 5 stars Pricing 5 stars Only reason i gave 4 is because i feel their space could be even bigger. Maybe in the future but they're doing a great job. If there was a 4.5 i would give that.

I think the old lady is little rude in her language. Not patient with customers. Not quite accommodating also. I had few experiences with her over a period. Little money-minded. One of the tall customer sales person is patient and had good attitude. Prices wise it is competitive. But make sure you compare everything you buy as not everything they sell would be better priced. You find cheaper somewhere else so apply your wisdom on what to buy vs not.

Made order on 28 May 2021. Requested to change colour for the sink 1 week after the purchase, which they agreed to. waited until 27 July, they said the stocks are here and can be delivered but will need to charge additional $15 dollars due to market inflation. In the end I agreed to pay cause I just want to close the matter and move on. They tell me the shipment missed out the item and tell me I need to wait until end of aug for the item. Very ridiculous!!!

If you are looking for affordable household appliances for your new home and want to find the absolute best deals possible, then this is the place for you. It is run by one owner, not some big chain so it feels like your best bet to get the best bargains. The prices seem to back it up! Initially my partner and I were also hesitant, but prices were good and item looks good. The sales people really know their stuff. We went back there a couple of times to get all our stuff. The real customer service test came when we found a small defect (crack) on the toilet bowl we bought. We called the shop and told them a problem. There was a little pushback and they claim the item still works as intended. But they still kindly sent someone to replace the item for us. Overall, I would come back and buy from them again. It's one of those underrated shops without much internet presence hiding the best deals.

Out of no choice but to choose a start for giving this review, 1) Service - total disappointed with it as the sales staff there, they were damm inattentive and busy, We had to write down all the items ourselves and when we ask the staff about the product information, they will just said this product from the supplier came here is like that one. 2) Attitude problem - from the sales staff, didnt even bother reply back our messages and video when there's problem with the products after sending a few whats app msg over, untill we call over to the shop for a few times to chase them. 3) TOTALLY NO after sales service at all - after spending our hard earn money of $3k plus from this shop. One of the issue was there's even water leaking on the bidet spray pipe connection and that sales staff Uncle expect us to bring back his spolit item to his shop and do an exchange FOR HIM , if not he said he had no other choice.. Overall it was a terrible experience from the start till the end, I'm putting right here to show all of you guys really got to beward of this kind of unprofessional and irresponsible shop that will cause those above unnecessary issue during your reno period. Really regret to walk into this shop and I urge all of you guys better think twices or more before walking in to spend your hard earn here.

It has been one year since I bought and replaced my very very old kitchen tap. I sent a photo of the tap and pipes beneath it to find out what needs to be replaced and cost estimate. Now i know i have received good advice. no leaks. easy to maintain so far for my new tap and valve replacement. Based on my budget and usage, Mr Seah was able to recommend a few taps to consider. Installation is done by third-party and paid separately.

Just went to Poh Seng Hardware & met the boss, Mr Seah, & his wife. Both of them were very friendly, helpful & courteous & I finally bought a "L" shape flush pipe from them & was very surprised that the price was very cheap. The sanitary goods at the shop are also very cheap too. It's very clear that they are making a very small profit from their sales. I have been to many hardware shops in Singapore & find that the prices here is definitely the cheapest. If you are on a tight budget, then this shop is definitely the right place to go. Highly recommended!!! Thank you very much Mr & Mrs Seah for selling your goods at such a cheap price. I will definitely come back & buy some more things from you. ?????
