When my father called them, they told my 85 year old father he needed to take a picture and go down to their shop to show them because they do not have WhatsApp to receive digital picture! When he went down, the boss and the worker told him it’s over 1 year so no warranty. But when I dad was able to produce the receipt showing that it was only 10 months, they said it was he’s fault for the crack. Then challenged my dad to call CASE! Then after all then, told my father to buy a new one saying they would give him a $10 discount!!!
