They offered plumbing services and the person in charge fixed appt with me to fix the tap issue. Cut the story short, the plumber did not turned up for the appt, Yin Leong hardware trading did not apologize for their plumber for failing to show up. I think this hardware store do not take their customer seriously!! Maybe they do not even have qualified plumber that can fix the tap issue as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store has a wide range of products that are especially useful for young couples like us that needed to purchase small items that we didn't know we need it. Staff were helpful in advising on which product suit our needs better. Will visit again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good selection of hardware products for your household needs. The staff are generally helpful and knowledgeable especially the male staff . However one particular female staff by the name of Anna is rather nasty and black-face each time we came across her as either the cashier or the staff on duty. It seem like everyone owe her a living and I hope the owner of this store can quickly address this especially when all SMEs need the business to survive in this pandemic but with this kind of staff will only put off the customers as there are always other hardware stores around. We need quality customer friendly staff in the frontline and those who are not - need to be re-train , re-skill and re-educate or there is no place for them in Singapore.
Four stars for the product offering in this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mum's go-to place for any household accessories. The staff are friendly and always gives us options. For eg, went there to purchase some lights for my toilets. We were given 3 types of options and the pros and cons for those. Very honest and upfront staff. Special thanks to Adrian for patiently enduring our fickle minds!
