β β β β β POPULAR clinic in this neighborhood! Long waiting time but worth the wait. Dr Chung is very meticulous and professional. Very thankful that the clinic went extra mile to help my family when we were tested Covid-positive during CNY (Clinic was closed but they came back to help). Thank you again and again ! Kudos to all frontliners!
Annoying to see self-entitled patient coming for booster and asking for MC. Please go to CC for booster and try asking for MC.

β β β β β I arrived at the clinic at 12:45 pm due to severe cramps that I experienced and had to be ushered in with a family member. However, I was turned down immediately as the clinic had stopped registrations in view of the closing time at 1 pm.
The counter staff checked in with the doc and they were insistent that they could not take me in as an exception. In the end, I had no choice but to hobble out and find another clinic that was still open but had extremely long queues.
This incident is rather distasteful as it is the first time experiencing a lack of compassion towards a client who is in pain and about to pass out.
If you ever need emergency treatment close to the end time, I'd consider another place.

β β β β β Definitely recommend Dr Chung as he is the nicest and most patient doctor I have ever met! Always so detailed in explanation and genuinely cares for his patients. The clinic assistant Cheryl is very friendly, competent and helpful!

β β β β β My first time visiting this clinic today, at abt 10am. I found the staff and doctor very professional. I was standing at the outdoor waiting area after the ART was done. A staff wiped the chair and told me to sit while waiting for the result. Nice gesture. Thanks.
Doctor was patient to explain the effects when I requested for certain medicines.
Medicine collection was impressively fast.

β β β β β After being turned away by 2 other clinics even before their operating hours ended, I was glad to have found Chung & Ee Medical Clinic. So so thankful they were open in the evening. Front desk team was empathetic & accommodating, & doctor was also kind. Thank you so much for making my day!

β β β β β My kid got into a small incident at school and was brought to this clinic by a teacher. Although the doctor was not around, the clinic assistant was helpful in attending to my kid. When I called later to find out more, the assistant was patient and very professional in explaining the situation to me. I was impressed when she actually called in the evening to check on my kid. Awesome!! Great job!!

Dr Chung is very patient and provides medical advice with honesty, and the nurses ace their customer service even during busy hours.
This clinic is truly a rare gem. Keep it up!
