Antigen swab so painfull omg, and they submit mt result wrongly it supposed to be positve but they submit to MOH negative

The younger male receptionist is blur. When patient kindly helped, the older female receptionist cut in but she kept wanting to say whatever terminology she wanted instead of hearing whats the issue on payment. Treatment was inconsistent for various times I came in terms of payment mode. But what's consistent Is the incompetent and terrible service. When I finally paid, both of them didn't even want to explain about the medicine how to consume and the medical slip and missed out on the invoice I requested for a kind walk through of the medicine. The guy just said he already said. But what he did was just dumped inside the plastic bag and didn't explain anything! How professional is that ?? The female receptionist is terrible for all 3 or 4 times I had to go there. Its very time consuming to handle her, time spent was way more than a non panel clinic and service was way below compared to a non panel one.

Do not recommend. Dr Mabel was quick to prescribe antibiotics to me and my family..Recently did a swap test, I bled after the test and I didn’t even moved! It was a traumatic experience after learning this is not normal.

Had the most horrible experience. Was treated very badly by Dr Mabel, very very unprofessional. Please do yourself a favour and go somewhere else

I had the most horrible swab test experience in my life. And that's coming from someone who has to be swabbed at work every week. Dr. Cheng stands a metre or more away from you (like she has germaphobia), and as a result is not able to control the cotton bud very well. She inserts the cotton bud into your nostril and stirs around inside like she's whipping batter. Unless you're choking on a fishball or something, you should definitely visit another clinic.

The most unfriendly clinic staff. Already not well, why cannot register over the phone. And call patient when its almost their turn. Somemore doc always come so late. I don't even want to give 1 star.

Family has been visiting this clinic because it is the nearest and on company’s panel of doctors. Was told by clinic assistant today 26/3, after waiting for 30mins, that a patient who has been covid positive within 3 months can only be seen at the warm and dingy alley outside the back of the clinic even if they are already well and don’t display symptoms! Found this to be unreasonable especially given that people can already move around from 7th day of testing positive and masking up outdoor is not even compulsory anymore from next Tuesday! Very upset and decided not to see the doc anymore. Hope a new doc will set up clinic here soon.

Dr Mabel is one of the most caring Doctors I have met. She is very friendly and a patient Doctor. I have seen Dr as a patient for many years. To the team at New Health Family Clinic, thank you very much for the wonderful care and service provided to the patients. I would strongly recommend Dr Mabel's clinic.
