β β β β β Love these mixed grains which I buy regularly fr NTUC Fairprice supermarkets. Tasted very good too on its own without adding in other types of grains. But I would usually mix in some organic brown rice and cook it inside rice cooker. The mixed grain rice is very good in promoting bowel movements & I highly recommend this brand of mixed grains as it is both nutritious & indeed the product appeared that itβs been pre-cleaned when itβs poured out from the packaging. Time-saving too because we do not need to soak the grains first prior to cooking it. It also tasted good as a porridge with dried scallops & minced meat added in! A very good investment for those of us whose health & weight-conscious! Yummy!
