It’s my first HDB sale and first time buying a new condo with dependency on the smooth HDB completion.
His knowledge and willingness to advise allay a lot of my concerns with negative sale top up, when valuation report is not forthcoming from buyer etc.
Overall, the company provided very timely and excellent professional services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not recomend to engage their services. I engaged them for two services, 1) decoupling and 2) buying of new property. Over the span of 5 months, my case was passed across 5 different legal assistant. Some examples of the things that should not have happened, the handover between each change of legal assistant were not done properly hence unable to differentiate if I am the buyer or seller of the property, calling me at 10pm to chase for a document which I have already emailed them, making quotes such as 'as per contract states...' without actually referring to the actual contract hence making errors. Things you would typically expect a legal firm to have done their due diligence are not performed.

I recently approached Circular Law to assist my wife and I to draw up our wills and LPAs. Ms Debbie Lim and Adam were very helpful and well versed with our specific requirements.
