A	A H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sterling law price is cheaper compare to other law firm but you get what you paid for I guess. Communication with me as customer is extremely poor & unresponsive. You will have to keep chasing them to get simple things done. I had to email and call several times to get them to respond to simple queries & to update my profile in their record only to call & found out it wasn't updated even after almost a year. Do not expect any customer service or advice from them. I would have definately pay & spend a bit more on other law firm if I had known.

After meeting her and Mr Kenneth, I was rest assured that they are ones who will be able to get me out of my long legal battle. They provided me good guidance and support thru my problematic case. And the most important is that the support rendered was not only during office hours but also after and on weekends. Good law firm with good and dedicated team of lawyers headed by well esperienced lawyer like Ms Tan.

And they have employees like Ms Juraida and Ms Sherlynn who go the extra mile to ensure timely execution. And perhaps most optimally priced services too. Great law firm for property transactions.
h	hl c on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sterling Law has poor customer service and poor client communication. Avoid them! We used Sterling Law for a property transaction through Gordon Tham. We gave them all required docs the week before completion date. We clearly mentioned some docs only have e-signature. They waited until the evening before completion to tell us we need to go to the office to sign in front of a commissioner of oath. This late notice caused us extreme stress because we were worried that the transaction might fall through. We also had to cancel prior appointments and this made us look bad. The firm had enough time to check and get back to us instead of waiting until the last minute. When we complained and asked for a partial refund, the employees started finger pointing each other. We even wrote to the Julia Chan, the director. It's been weeks and no response from them. Avoid them!

Their friendly demeanour really makes every experience a good one too. The lawyer and director of the firm Julia Chan is extremely knowledgeable and ever helpful even on weekends during off office hours for urgent matters. All queries are just a text away. Thumbs up!
