★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Capital Square branch does not have sufficient seats (not marked X) for customers waiting for banking counter. When I approach customer service desk at entrance, Chinese male staff at 1 Mar, 12:45pm was quick to brush me off before I could speak. He assumed I should just wait for my number. I merely wanted to give the feedback about the seating arrnagements. This staff needs retraining for basic customer service etiquette.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wait time is 2:30 hrs. Don’t allow to go inside. Must be by Apointmet. Pack your lunch and drinking water. Citibank notice say must take Apointmet before coming but don’t have any mention on the Citibank portal where to take the Apointmet. Citibank closed many branches islandwide and few branches are working. But the branches working , half of the staff are not in the counter.
