★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be sure to always bring your passport because you can’t do anything without it even though they’ve scanned it multiple times. The control questions they are asking doesn’t matter either because in the end they just want your passport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ocbc services are the poorest. Even developing nations' small banks are doing way better. Ocbc fails to deliver my replacement for lost debit card since 2 months. I have requested 6 replacements , one of which was sent to a wrong address and rest all are missing. I have personally visited bank 4 times. Hotline called me this morning saying that I can collect it from Paya lebar branch today but branch says its still not there because of delay in courier. It is Singapore not a village island hit by tsunami where everything is delayed due to disaster strikes. Its such a shame. I would ask everyone to either opt for dbs bank instead. OCBC SUCKS ! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an ATM in the train station near Exit A. For the actual bank tower, that is OCBC Centre. Great location btw, though it’s right smack along the pathway so gotta do your banking fast.
