The process Citibank is nightmare. I tried to opened an account online. It asked me.to submit the docs and they gave me link. In the link there is nothing except Continue/Submit button. No option to upload docs. So i went to this branch, they said they cant help. Called customer care. No help as well. At the end Citibank is not customer friendly.

Scammer. 2018 When I apply the credit card telling me the annual fee can be waived. 2022, this year told me cannot be waived and force me to paid rm600 annual fees, this is citi bank!

Went there on week day for a cashier order. The team was very nice and organized. Service was fast, even the clerk made a small mistake but I was quickly rectified

Citi in the US is already very very bad, the one in Singapore is even worse. The customer service is a total disaster, the only thing they were able to do was to repeat the Citi policy, apparently they were not interested in helping customers. This applies to both representatives and their managers. Really an β€˜eye opening experience’ for me, would never recommend it to anyone.

I went to the branch to obtain a copy of statement of my account that was termination and close . I was worry about the points that I have in my SMRT card as my card was terminated by your bank. So the staff actually told me I can call up the hotline to reinstate the account after I had made the payment. So I called the hotline to request for wavier of my late charges as well as to reinstate my account but was told by the staff that I cannot reinstate the account and ask me to open.a new account. This make me even more angry . What service standards do you give to your customer . You don't want your customer to bank with your .

Went down for personal loan early settlement. Was being told there’s a $10.70 service charge to do at the counter. I’m like fine, no choice have to accept, but then I being told again they only accept CASH payment to do at the counter or machine and they don’t accept Nets, paynow, bank transfer etc… Faint.. what kind of bank who only accept cash ??

A fancy bank name on the outside but very poor service from the inside. They have mysteriously slow update when it comes to transaction processes even when you are a customer that always makes payment on time. Officers from their phone banking service are always extremely unreliable. Thankfully i’ve changed my savings account with another bank.
