โ โ โ โ โ Bad Service Provided by Customer Service Chee Xiu Xian. I told them that i didn't receive any notification on the message for changes of rebates policy but he keep saying that his company already sent to me but i asked him for the proof that they sent but he can't provide then wanted me to accept that he is going to sent me an official email to notify me again when things already happen or accept the call he just explain to me.
I requested for his superior to call me but he rejected my request... What kind of service is BOC providing.
