★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally a cheat. Claw weak, can’t close and can’t lift. I spent total of 50 and get nothing! Although the plushies top up over the shield but still can’t move a bit. I tried all the machines and didn’t move even a bit. Don’t waste your money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Try not to play the machines at tampines century square as hit rate is almost 0. Claw strength is set to 1/10 meaning u can only *stroke* the plushie. Hardly can lift it up and it will drop immediately. When u play about 10 times the 'super grip' will only allow light lifting of the plushie up and drop. The only way to catch it is to grip or ledge some parts of the tag or clothes etc and it must be near to the chute and above. U need to spend a lot of money!

Claw strength is so weak and male staff at whitesand is unhelpful, placed plush far away from chute right after a lady spent over $20 to try to win it but unsuccessful.
Hit rate used to be better when newly opened....like bait u first and now totally unwinnable.
It becomes worse than rigged, is a scam!
