Citygate is a condominum with 3 storey of retail shops. From Dental clinic, facial spa, plenty of food shops of different cuisines. There is a medium size Subway outlet for dine-in or takeaway on #01. In the early morning till 10am there is only one staff working. Customers need to wait patiently for their orders. After 10am there will another staff to help out. Ingredients for sandwiches and wraps are fresh as their business rotation is fast. Its my favourite Subway Outlet at Citygate and i always there in the morning at 10am. Can be very crowded during weekdays when office workers from nearby offices patronized this particular outlet. There is another best Subway outlet that i can go and its in Kitchener Complex at Lavender . There are clean restrooms on each storey at citygate and if you are new to this mall just need to follow the overhead signages. There is an overhead bridge leading to Nicol Highway Mrt Station on the second storey of Citygate Mall.

A1 location in city fringe. affordable price entry in town area. Many eateries in nearby vicinity .Good investment point. Highly recommend for investment and own stay. City gate is well maintain and infinity pool have paranormal sunset view. 24 hour hypermarket at level 1 for midnight snack and essential. Tcm clinic at level 2and basement to solve your backache and sniff joint.I am so in love with this amazing project.
