★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a can of paint from them recently. Terrible attitude from the old man and the lady. Uncle was alone and busy watching American wresting, very very rude. I had disturbed his pleasure.
After awhile the lady came back with packet lunch, equally bad attitude, i should have let her eat first.
Price for nippon is same everywhere, no need to buy from such people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been to this place a few times and service level really depends on who is at the shop at that point in time. Uncle is very nice, patient and helpful. The lady is very rude and impatient and she even scolded the uncle in front of customers. Wide range of products available here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thus far, my personal buying experience with them have been very positive. They carry a good range of products, their prices are reasonable, when asked they offer advice willingly, and I have found them (especially a young female staff) friendly and helpful.
Recently, I had to return what I thought was a defective item but embarrassingly I discovered I did not apply it correctly. Nevertheless, they accepted my return. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop is easily accessible and near to open air carpark via covered walkway. The Service Assistant was very friendly, knowledgeable and gave good advice to the emulsion paint (Nippon) sold. Good customer service indeed. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked him for White Paint for Walls he recommended Matex Paint Charged me $73 and I bought 2 Tins .... Turns out it wasn't suitable for interior walls called and asked immediately if I was able to return the tins unopened and he says once bought it cannot be returned !! Horrible attitude ... Its sad that such people even exists in the world .... Good riddance to the old man ... Think he will have good Karma

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Same as other customers review, horrible attitude from old man and middle-aged lady. Not willing to help at all. Paint job for 200 sqft shop is $2000+, still need to deal with bad attitude. Not worth it. Don't waste your time visiting the store. Find others much better!
