When we went home, we realised we got the colour wrong and should have bought "day light" rather than "warm white". We brought it back the next day and Amanda helped us changed it without questions asked. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though there is only one such shop in the area, the prices especially their packages are competitive as compared with similar shops in the usual Geylang area. Instead of online purchase, I think it is better to have an actual feel of the product quality. I think their friendly staff and couple ownrrs can provide good service and practical advice. There is no GST charges too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought our ceiling lightings for our master bedroom and kitchen from C&P in July 2017. We were attended by 2 young and friendly staff, Chris and Mike. Both are equally excellent in serving us during the sales and after sale services. My lighting tubes come with 1 year guarantee and so happen the bedroom ones, consists of 3 tubes, fickle after installation. Both of them have been very patient in helping us to replace the tubes, importantly, promptly and without question asked. Eventually, all 3 tubes were replaced with new stock. Thank you Chris and Mike for their excellent service. Mike even did beyond his call of duty by bring the tube back home for exchange, after knowing that we stay near to his house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought LED Downlight and owner is patient enough to find the close matching size with the old one. Would give 5 star if the owner is kind enough to test the spare that we bought from other place (The neighbor unit try to power it and let us know if it is not working)

Reason for coming back time and again is because of her wonderful, friendly and efficient customer service before and after sales. She gave very good advice in helping me to work within my budget. I will highly recommend this shop whoever needs to buy lighting etc.
