β β β β β If your package is being delivered by Singapore, CJ Logistics, good luck and consider the package lost.
I tracked the shipment and was surprised that while I was home the whole day , the tracking had delivered status !
I didnβt receive a call from the delivery person and I tried many times to call and even email and no answer still.
The line is not even busy . They just donβt pick up.
If you received an SMS from CJ logistics , just get used to the idea that itβs going to be a challenging day and just start your refund process with your supplier because you have better chance of striking a lottery then the guys at CJ Logistics actually delivering the item.
Update June 2022 - Since my last review , my missing package was finally found amazingly, after follow up with Cust Svc, it was discovered that package was left inside the utility door outside my house. Mind you despite this , getting hold of customer service on the phone is no easy matter and a different ball game altogether.

β β β β β If Lazada is using this CJ logistics then very bad experience I had. This courier guy never press my door bell, i got people at home to collect. He claim no one open door, ownself never press doorbell, saw it through my cctv. Blame my helper, I try to reason with him. He just want me to acknowledge the parcel without any proof of me seeing the item. Very unreasonable too. Still dare to call me to scold me upside down. If the courier guy talk nicely still ok. But he pushing all the blame to me. Beware this courier guy from CJ logistics 82163031. I try to call cso for help but it seem there is no cso at all. Harassment from the courier guy who demanded a apology from the customer who purchase things. So horrible.

β β β β β If I can give negative star, I'll give a negative 1 star rating! My order was made on 11th Feb and has reached Singapore on the 14th but it remains undelivered till the 18th. It stays in the warehouse longer than it took to ship from Hong Kong! And, I didnt even realise it was delivered until I check my order status. I did not receive any sms stating its delivered, nor did anyone call regarding the delivery. My family and I are on a staycation right now and I'm stressing where the delivery person might have stored my package! Its just overall unprofessional!
Edit: Now that I'm home for my staycation, the package didn't even arrive! So much for my stress of the package getting wet or stolen! Got my neighbour to help check my unit and nothing! That's real "professional" from this company!

β β β β β Recieved a parcel from them today. Delivery took long er than expected but didn't make such a fuss as I purchased my items during the Lazada's 10th anniversary and it comes from Korea, so it was understandable it took quite some time. When the delivery came, I opened the door and the boy literally was leaving my parcel at my corridor (where the small drain was), not even at my gate. When I greeted him, he had no response and just had the dead look in his eyes. He just pointed at my parcel and said "this is your parcel." and walked away. I asked him politely if its okay he could help me with placing the parcel in my gate as he has a heavy duty trolley. (it's huge, heavy and I'm pregnant.) He just gave me an attitude eye roll, with that same dead look on his face and dragged my parcel along the floor and into my home. I am not sure if cj is treating their staffs well enough but they seriously need to consider on teaching their staffs basic courtesy cause obviously, some of them doesn't have any.

β β β β β Received SMS about delivery and was tracking the van and waiting.
All of sudden status turned to delivered.
In fact, no item was delivered.
Tried calling customer service.. call says.. public holiday..
Don't know where is my item !!

β β β β β Of all the last mile logistical companies in Singapore, CJ Logistics gives me anxiety every time I get notified that they are in charged of handling my deliveries.
More often than not, tracking from the company is abysmal with drivers marking the packaged as delivered before the item is actually delivered, leaving you with no way to know when the item will get sent to you, IF it gets sent to you.
When deliveries do get completed, drivers tend to leave packages outside your door without contacting you or letting you know they have done so. And while theft is not common in Singapore, it leaves much to be desired in the communications and when things do get lost, you wonder which party will be liable.

β β β β β Received notification 2 day in a row that my parcel will be delivered by end of the day, but not delivered and then sent a failed delivery message in the end. No call, no message, no update. I am home whole day on both days, have also authorised to leave parcel after ringing door bell.

β β β β β Iβm just here to balance out some of the negative comments.
I was skeptical when they sent me an update on Lazada at 12am on a Saturday night that my item was out for delivery. (It cleared the customs on the same day) I believed that there was a system error.
It came as a pleasant surprise when my item was delivered in the afternoon on Sunday.
It honestly only took less than 2 days for the item to get from the customs into my hands. The delivery guy was nice and polite.
So yep.
