Ordered pork balls soup with rice and 3mixed sides(thai fish cake/grilled pork neck/prawn cake) Firstly, commend on the service, chef 1 person do everything but still insist on delivering the food to me. Secondly my first time eating thai pork soup. The soup looks oily but is not jelat or salty, i mixed it with rice and finished till last drop. The soup is really the best, so flavorful. pork balls seems normal. The 3 mixed is also damn good, esp the pork neck, my first time eating it but I'm blown away. The fish and prawn cake also is really good, cooked to pippin hot when served. Will definitely visit again to try the pork slices next time! *edited to change beef to pork lol*

NO MORE PORK & LARD at their ITE location. Unfortunately they no longer sell the pork noodles I came here to try. I'd be waiting for their new location (if any, i hope) to try their famed dish. So promising! Tried their CHICKEN ? tom yum soup today instead. It was unremarkable, probably great with Mama noodles imo. But owells.

5/5 for this shop. I ordered just for fun to see how authentic it is for Thai boat noodle. And this shop surprises me! The food serve here is authentic Thai flavor. Love it! Good service too. ????

Read about this place from a Facebook food group and made a trip down. Glad to say I wasn’t disappointed! Had the Thai Pork Soup Noodles, which is essentially Thai boat noodles. CK’s version is packed with ingredients and very tasty! The owner is also super earnest and friendly (must admit I was a little intimidated by him at first!). Will be back to try other dishes — I’ve got my eye on the Moo Ping!

Tried the Thai Pork Soup Noodle (big portion, $7). I seldom give 5 star ratings but this ensemble of delicious broth, special noodles, fresh pork slices / meatballs with tangy & spicy chilli dip thoroughly deserves it. Chef Calvin takes time to cook it with care so do be patient. Customer service here is superb. I thought I ordered the pork noodles but Calvin served me the soy sauce pork rice instead. I'm not sure how the miscom happened, but he replaced it with the pork noodles without hesitation, despite the fact that I told him I was ok to accept the former. Will be back to try the latter as it looked and smelled delicious too.

This place serves what must be THE best bowl of Thai-style pork noodles in SG. The broth here is full-bodied and flavourful (you can just tell from its colour that it’s good stuff), and the meat balls are springy and delightfully porky. Moo ping was excellent as well. Will be recommending this place to all my friends!

Decided to venture further after Xmas shopping at Bugis since I've always been eating at Albert Food Centre and glad that I discovered @ckcuisinesg nested in Waterloo Centre. Menu seems rather Thai-inspired at one glance offering Thai Pork Noodle Soup, Thai Grilled Pork, Thai Fish Cake. What caught my attention was the Traditional Nanyang Soy Pork Rice which stands out from the menu. May looks simple but so exceptionally comforting. There is a good mix of lean and fatty pork in the bowl and I appreciate they used quail egg here and the sauce goes extremely well with rice. I'm so glad theirs this speciality caught my attention ? Boss also recommended their another speciality which is Thai Pork Kway Teow Soup. Very generous loaded with ingredients! With meaty meatball, tender pork slices and vegetables to balance out the dish. The broth is robust and full-bodied. The Kway Teow is well executed that provides a nice QQ springy bite. I can see why this is their speciality dish. I definitely be back when I'm at Bugis. Ig: @zoey_belle_

If you want full-bodied flavor, this is the broth to have! The pork slices and balls were tender and flavorful. Options to top up with crushed peanut and chili powder. The use of Thai basil gave it a distinct Thai flavor. Excellent!
