★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The standard of the shop has dropped tremendously. I have mentioned umpteen times where soup to be packed separately. However, numourous times have failed. Order from this shop at ur own risk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order a simple ban mian dry but ended up waiting for almost 30min. Initially I waited for about 15mins before asking how long more is my food going to be prepared, they replied me rudely and started talking behind my back not knowing I can actually see them and hear them. They started to served the food prepared for the customer behind me before serving mine and I've taken photo and will lodge a complain since this isn't the first time as well. I don't recommend this place at all. Terrible food and service attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Met the worst service attitude staff ever. I was planning to order three different type of noodle, after ordering first bowl the staff walked off before I can finish my order. Came back and scolded me why I cannot order all at once. Ordered noodles dry without vinegar sauce (heard someone ordered this previously) they just pass me noodle KOSONG without any sauce. Told me to add the sauce they put outside the stall myself..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible terrible service. Not recommended. Similar to the others that have commented, the service attitude is atrocious. I order soup ban mian to takeaway and the noodles was not packed separately. When questioned, the Chinese lady said I never request. I see all other grab orders were packed separately. She even argued with me that they have been doing this le not packing separately for many years. I just went through the facebanmian website which indicate that all soup noodles are packed separately BY DEFAULT! The service staff are simply cutting corners.
Btw, The face ban mian website do not have anywhere for feedback. That also shows they do not care about customer feedback.
I would suggest customers do not patronise them. We deserve better! Money better spend elsewhere.
