β β β β β In this store the sales will told you that there was no new product, most of is display products. And that this is outlet, if want to buy new shoes, need to go to store purchase. When you go shopping, you won't be told these things. Only when you have problems and choose to go back and replace them, you will be informed, and they will not tell you that there are better discount activities on their official website. So to buy shoes form this outlet, go to its website check first.

β β β β β Visited the store today, was served by a staff name Ivan , assisted me with getting the right size and type of shoe for myself and wife. Ivan was extremely polite and helpful throughout, only disappointment was there isn't much of high /mid cut kinda shoe in the store.

β β β β β Highly recommended! Ivan was very attentive and amicable. He was also very helpful to explain and address concerns on shoe maintenance. The variety of shoes and price points in the shop is very reasonable. Bought 4 pairs in one visit.

β β β β β Good collection, but size options are extremely limited. Mine is UK size 5 1/2, and they have 10 pairs with that. The smaller sizes are available in plenty.

Product QC before they ship out = Pathetic and disgusting. Trying their luck to give u one with defects to you will either not notice or find it a hassle to do a refund which they succeeded.
Customer Service = Lousy and inefficient in assisting you. Cannot even address customer by their name. Oh yes they do not even want to let you know their names.
Product quality = Zero and best of all in their description they strive to provide you with superior products. What a joke.
Clarks Management = as usual hiding behind the scene despite me emailing them. Do not even have the basic courtesy to even talk to customers. Oh well continue hiding.
