β β β β β Max 8 pax at each time so expect some waiting. Small shop but has quite alot of shoes. Note additional offer of 20% for min 2 pairs do not apply for Sales Buy items - there was no signs stating this clearly and we were disappointed when making payment.

β β β β β This is a small but excellent showroom. The service is good, went to buy 'no marking' shoes, it is available only in this shop in the whole of Changi city point mall. Only 8 people are allowed inside the shop at any point in time so there will be some waiting time.

β β β β β Service wasnβt great, staffs are gathered at a corner talking to each other. Customers arenβt attended to when they walk in. Shoe selection was quite poor and sizes were very limited to having only size 10s and above.

β β β β β Went to buy an indoor shoes and I didn't experience any form of rudeness as mentioned by other reviewers. In fact, the staff were very friendly and assisted me in the process of purchasing the shoes. The prices of the shoes looked the same as online prices. Overall, thumbs up for the staff!

But very friendly & polite staff. Adriana helped me choose right stability shoes.
They carry most recent Asics models and some previous generation ones.
Very competitive prices (compared to even online stores like Lazada & Shopee).
Collection on apparels is very limited.

β β β β β Weekends are usually very busy. Best to come on weekdays to avoid the crowd. Donβt have your hopes high as not all sizes are available due it being a factory outlet. Nevertheless, there are some shoes with good deals that you can find!

β β β β β Went to this store last week as my father was in need for shoes. Really had a great experience and the customer service was indeed great, didnt experience what other bad reviews stated. Based on the lanyard, a part-timer; Ira, served my father and I. She recommended shoes on what my father was looking for and he was happy with it. Despite them being busy and my father trying on different pairs of shoes, she was patient with us and dealt with us in a good and friendly manner. We left the shop with Gel-kayano 28 with good discounts. Will definitely return back to this place some other time.???
