I went to Class Auto to have my reverse cam chack as it was flickering and it was installed by them. Tech took a look and started to remove the boot panels, took out the wiring and cut one of the wire connecting to the camera and rejoint a new socket using black tape. Charge me $20. I left and I tested the camera at the nearby carpark. Reverse cam still flicker on and off. I went back to the shop immediately. Now technician say "oh must be wiring at head unit then". Tech started to remove head unit. Now say that AV socket for camera abit loose. After removing the head unit, the shop owner then say they can't do any resolder....etc as he is afraid if anything wrong he got no spare part.....etc. so tech fix back the head unit and i left. Firstlyly, the tech did trial and error with no proper troubleshooting then decided to cut wiring in the boot when it was not even faulty. Secondly, the socket at the head unit was not shaky/spoil at all. ( I took it to another shop and the head unit was disassembled to check all the sockets/solder and they were all ok.) Tech also use a flat head screw driver to pry the dashboard molding open to exess the screws to the head unit leaving a dent on my dashboard. Conclusion: Technician at this shop is very unprofessional, poorly trained, use of wrong tools to pry dashboard panels that will damage the dashboard. Trial & error with no proper trouble shooting to identify the fault causing the mulfunction. They did not solve the problem that they charged me for. Very unprofessional staff at this shop. I would have given zero star but the least i could give is 1 star.

Just gone down today to fix a pair of new car camera by Roy. Very good service and gone through every steps when setting the device via the APPs on the phone. Roy also advise gave me advise on which radio console would meet my needs at a reasonable price. Very unlike other shops which I have checked out with. Thank you Roy!
