Went to Classic to renovate my 20+ years old condo recently since its old and worn. Classic had discussed carefully prior to renovation to address what my needs are and my likings. They were pretty flexible and they also gave suggestions to designs and discussed feasibility of ideas. The final design was great and fits my expectations. Although the renovation was affected by COVID, Classic had done a wonderful job of getting things done quickly and expertly. They had delivered what was promised within their promised timeframe. Definitely will recommend them to all who want to create their dream home.

We cannot wait to return to our “hotel” room at the end of everyday. Timeliness - despite the tight timeline and COVID restrictions, John managed to complete the project much ahead of time. Quality - carpentry workmanship, wallpaper installation is superb Meticulousness - from soft closures, switches, placement of electrical holes and anticipation of things, the level of meticulousness is impeccable Attitude - both IDs exemplified positive, friendly, can-do attitude and always offered practical solutions to fit our functionality. They will listen to our requests and colour selections but will offer their best recommendations to suit the entire ‘feel’ seamlessly. Took some weeks for us to find an ID company for renovating our daughter's bedroom. Classic Furniture did not offer the lowest price, but actually not bad if we do 'apple to apple' comparison. Serene knows very well what our girls want for their bedroom, a plus factor that makes us selecting Classic Furniture. Initially, the installation was planned for August, to our surprise it's completed in July and the workmanship is good too! Our daughters love so much the room. Thanks Serene for making them happy!

Classic did up the carpentry work for my entire 3-storey landed house, including all wardrobes, kitchen and toilet cabinets. The quality of work is impressive and presents great value to customers. I evaluated several ID companies before deciding to go with Classic Furniture. I like the fact that they have their own carpentry workshop so I can trust them to deliver quality workmanship. The renovation of my BTO flat was handled by Mr Lim Huan Wei. It was a breeze working with him. He is very receptive to my ideas and is able to give constructive feedback and suggestions to improve on the execution. It's common to encounter speed bumps during renovation but Huan Wei is never one to shy away from addressing issues. We decided to renovate our 16 years old flat after circuit breaker and engaged Serene from Classic after shortlisted 3 IDs. Even though Classic is not the cheapest but we were impressed with their workmanship and professionalism. Serene is able to come up with details sketches to enable us to visualize the outcome. Throughout the whole renovation process, both Serene and John managed to solve some hiccups that came up along the way swiftly. They completely our 5 rooms HDB within the 3 months dateline with a slight 2 weeks delay due to material shortage. What impressed me the most is the after sales service. There was some paint issue and Serene came with the painting contractor and did some chemical cleaning after 6 month handover. A couple of months back, our common toilet had some leaking issue and caused a carpentry problem . Serene and John came and after inspection did a replacement for us. Truly grateful for their top notch after service follow up.
