Terrible! Irresponsible! Cedrick and Kash worked on my apartment. Can't control their sub-contractors and using sub-par sub contractors. Both are Inexperienced PMs with plenty of design faults, never admitting their mistake, always trying to find excuses for poor workmanship, mismanagement and oversight. The response that tops the cake is "if you are not happy with the XXX job we will uninstall it and remove the cost of it from the quotation. U can find your own contractor to do it." (paraphrased) In short, please recommend them to your enemy.

We are extremely thrilled with our newly renovated home. We highly recommend E+e for their commendable craftsmanship. Prior to renovation, we had the opportunity to view previous E+e project in person and were immediately impressed by their Design & Build. Cedrick was our ID who is enthusiastic, committed and talented in his field to successfully accentuate this project towards customer preference, prioritizing our interest and taste more than anything. Cedrick's quotation was comparatively fair, realistic and within our budget to begin. He recognizes customer's true financial implications and recommended wide range of alternatives in materials and gave careful attention to work within our means closely, enumerating job specifics. Even way before work begun, Cedrick displayed excellent talent and projected distinctive skills in recommending right designs for our home. He never once failed to make time to honour our visits to his office, with his energetic spirit and facilitated discussions and exchange of stimulating ideas. He made strong impact by responsibly overseeing works through his frequent visits to site during renovation. Cedrick recommended the best tiler, painter and plaster personnel to ensure perfection in every aspect of the finished project. This proves his accuracy in understanding his workers' strength and he capitalized on it towards customer satisfaction. Throughout the renovation, Cedrick offered continuous and effective communication through WhatsApp. His accuracy in evaluating completion date and successfully scheduling workers to meet formulated dateline without any delay, proves his quantitative determination to be attentive and his pure devotion towards his job. He has utmost understanding of latest designs and is very competent in modern living. Cedrick's companion ID, Kuan impressed us with his strong display of graphics and this gave us much opportunity to have sound understanding to imagine finished product through visuals, allowing us to make necessary changes, during selection of materials. Kuan took charge of his delegated duties responsibly, during Cedrick's absence. Cedrick and Kuan are powerful assets to E+e Design & Build. They stand out in displaying active imaginations and possess creative strength in successfully building us a home and have excellently transformed customers' life.

Engaged Kash and Esther for our resale HDB renovation. Since the first meeting, Kash's ideas stood out from other IDs. Communication was easy--they were open with our ideas, and always explained clearly the pros and cons of things when we had to make decisions. Workmanship is of good quality, and they checked most details well (we were very particular about alignments). Overall we're very happy with our new house and that our renovation journey was quite smooth (there were some delays, but expected in this difficult period). Thanks Esther & Kash!

I was recommended by a friend to Cedrick from E+E. I also got to know several of my friends had taken E+E for their renovation one after another, all with very positive and satisfied reviews. I had a rough design of what I wanted my house and especially the kitchen to look like and they executed it perfectly. Cedrick and Kash were always honest with their opinions and gave advice and suggestions through their experience which helped my wife and I in making certain decisions. They were organised right from the start and always updated us on the progress of the renovation. They were very efficient and treated our house just like theirs. Searching for a reliable ID firm can be a tedious process, I came across E+E design over the website with lots of positive feedbacks & decided to fix a meet up to discuss on my new house reno with them. Cedrick is the ID in-charge of my reno project. Its my first house hence there're lot of reno process which I'm not clear & also lot of decision making needs to be made but Cedrick was patience with my requests despite some of my fussy requirements. During the quotation process, Cedrick advised what's essential to change but will not asked to spend unnecessarily. He will keep his quote within my budget. I am very satisfy with the outcome of my reno. The reno process completed within the expected time frame with a detailed timetable attached During the reno process, Cedrick constantly kept me updated on the progress & development with pictures etc via WhatsApp. He personally made trips down to the site regularly to ensure all works were properly done. Along the way I've added more new tasks & changes but he was flexible to adapt all my requests and rescheduled all the work efficiently. We corresponded alot via WhatsApp & he was patience and responsive to answer each & every of my queries & uncertainty. I am very pleased with the firm's carpentry workmanship. They provide good materials & take good care of even very minor details. After the handover, i do encounter some minor issues that need rectifications but Cedrick quickly arranged for his contractors to fix them at their earliest available slot. Overall experience was excellent as i am very impressed by the service rendered by Cedrick & definitely would recommend to any new homeowner looking for a reliable ID firm without any hidden cost. ?

We would like to thank our ID Cedrick from E+e Design & Build Pte Ltd for his hard work, professionalism, patience throughout our home renovation. He has done an exceptional job in managing and keeping to the timeline even in the midst of the pandemic. Cedrick was patient and responsible. He understood our requirements and offered practical solutions and ideas to meet our needs. He would not upsell designs that are impractical even though they may be in trend. Throughout the renovation process, he kept us updated and notified us of the progress throughout every milestone. When we had additional requirements or adjustments to make, he was understanding and patient and made sure our needs were fulfilled within our budget. As we were renovating our first home, there were a lot of detail which we tend to overlook due to inexperience. Cedrick's attention to details made the design of our home aesthetically pleasing yet practical. There was no need for us to micromanage the renovation works. He was also very prompt with any rectification works required post-renovation. Overall, we are very satisfied with the work his team had delivered and would not hesitate to engage him for our future renovation!
