You gives lots of promises, sign contracts and back out last minutes.....totally have no contol over your cleaners.

Quoted $400 more than our lowest quote and still have the cheek to wish us good luck in finding a vendor who can meet our budget (we found one btw). And even come scare us with MIA & that the vendor will not last long. What's his problem?
Here's his quoted reply:
Good luck in hiring Janitor for that amount to clean 2 units inclusive of cpf n replacement if any mia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been using Clean @Workz service for a few years now. Cleaners quality vary but generally of good quality. I also appreciate the flexibility given by ZiWei I respect of cleaning days. Would recommend them for part time cleaning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stated the office cleaning needs and we are looking at 1hr daily as the staff strength is below 10. The operations manager simply told me (on the phone) "one hour only? who wants to work for one hour? I think very hard lah.".
Thank you for the candid arrogance. Judging from the other reviews, I guess the service won't be good and attentive unless you are paying a lot. FYI, we did get quotations for the 1hr cleaning service need.
