★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time using Kleepers for my end-of-tenancy cleaning of my 3-room apartment. Was pleasantly surprised! Moe Moe and Kim arrived early and got to work straight away, no guidance needed. They were super efficient, thorough and professional - the place looked spotless after, so I know my security deposit is assured. Have already recommended them to my friends and will definitely be using Kleepers again in future. Hassle free and affordable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Engaged Kleepers to do house cleaning regularly. Honestly speaking, the helper assigned to me did a good job. Initially booking of the slots and the same helper was easy as I was a new customer so the admin staff was very helpful to help me book the first few sessions. I do not understand their system of booking. After a few sessions of cleaning, it was almost impossible to book a slot for cleaning, not to mention to request for the same cleaner every week as I did not want to go through the hassle of repeating my cleaning routine to the new cleaner every week.
When I raised my frustration of difficulty in getting slots (credits were bought before booking can be done), I was told to get a booking for a weekly cleaning session with the same cleaner, I must buy credits which amounted to around $2000 and must be a 4 hour cleaning session. I had stopped using Kleepers.
I would say for those who just need a one off cleaning session, Kleepers will work for them. But if yoy need weekly cleaning, then better think twice.

My parents were very impressed and requested for the same cleaner for future cleaning sessions. Amanda who handled to administration was very professional helpful and quick to response to queries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Engaged their services twice for ad hoc spring-cleaning needs, and have been relatively impressed by their efficiency and good work ethics. During our most recent engagement, Haley and Saw did a marvellous job especially with the areas that we have not been cleaning ourselves and also took initiative to check in with us midway through if everything was okay. We appreciate their positive attitude and diligence. Thank you!

Haley was assigned to us and she was efficient and proactive in her tasks while we were busy with WFH etc. She took care to minimize noise so as to not disrupt ongoing meetings etc. Definitely exceeded our expectations!

I’ve arranged spring cleaning service to clean up my dad house filled with dust and grease over the few years. There are thick thick layers of dust coated over furnitures ????
Tessie and Susan are both great listeners and did a good job cleaning up the tough stains n grease in the house. Especially toilet and bathroom look so new after they clean.
Certainly be interested to arrange regular cleanings or adhoc basis in the future ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been without a maid for 3 months and spent some time choosing a reputable cleaning agency when I was recommended Kleepers. I read their good reviews and decided to try them out. I was not disappointed. They sent Haley to clean and she did a good job with minimum supervision. To top it all she was pleasant and friendly and still had a smiling face when she left. Thank you Kleepers for having such well trained helpers to make our lives easier.
