Needed to dye over my bleached hair, chop all the damaged hair and get bangs to camouflage a thinning hairline. I love how Selene recommended me the best style and colour to suit my lifestyle needs. She talked me through the process, gave further insights into every step and highlighted functions of each product. What I liked most was that she showed me my hair type, tendencies, head shape and how it will affect my hair styling or future hair cuts. She also taught me how to trim my bangs or style it as it grows longer. Those guidance are invaluable and I totally recommend this their outstanding service! Despite it being a cozy neighbourhood salon, she offered water, wifi access and even a towel in case I felt chilly. Spent a good 3+hours there and it felt like every care was taken care of. I left looking and feeling totally refreshed!
