★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad experience. Went for a haircut at this salon, and the hairstylist just snipped it short when I told him I did not want it to be short. Completed in 10 mins. End up he just wanted to promote some detox treatment in the salon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ horrible experience !!! this salon male hairdresser ( CHINA GUY WITH FULL TATTOO ON HIS LEFT HAND ) is my nightmare , i told him i wanna TO cut layer and trim he cut my hair unbalanced nvm even cut my hair short which i had a very long hair. I'M SO DISSAPOINTED . i was so upset i don know what to say i was left with a super short hair style, which was almost impossible to style properly PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME TO THIS SALON .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service from hairstylist Xiao Yan. Seem that she is a new full time staff here (previous was hopping to different branches) but she has very good attitude and have the initiative to always confirm what style/length I have requested earlier. Doesn’t hard sell any package, just recommend some washing products or dye hair. Would come back for hair dye session soon!
Deduct one star due to the attitude of another male china hairstylist. Temper very temperamental even though have good stylist skills.

recently took my baby for hair cut, the girl there was so patient though my baby wasn't cooperating so much. She was quick in dressing my baby's hair while distracting her. They have a membership programme.
Place is clean, staff are friendly.
