Went to the clinic on a Sat noon as I was in Orchard and the fever from mastitis suddenly came. Hence no choice. Looked up Shenton ecard and this is the only clinic with female doctor. Called to see a female doctor but the doctor left promptly at noon. Seek help to see Dr Lee Tzu Hooi for a mastitis case as the fever came suddenly and I am allergic to Paracetamol and Ibuprofen. I was left standing outside the clinic shivering for 40min and the doctor cannot even see me for a while. I understand queue system, but this doctor and his clinic staff are clearly not trained to recognise urgent cases. I just went to another clinic and found my temperature is at 39.6. Clearly the doctor and Nurses at Clifford Dispensary does not even take my temperature to access if this case warrant urgent review by the doctor. Sorry will never ever go back to this clinic. Good luck to the patients who head there. There is absolutely no flexibility. This case I cannot complain to SMC board which clearly protects the doctor who did not even get to see the patient. Disappointing experience.

Dr Lee is very knowledgeable and patient. Take his time to explain step by step, provides very good advice too. Remember to book ahead as he's very popular.

Dr Lee's schedule is always full booked as he is a caring and patient doctor who will take the time to explain and answer all your queries. Sometimes the wait can be really long but I feel that it is worth to have a doctor who really listens to what you have to say and does not rush his diagnosis.

Seriously this is the best place to get yourself treated .I went to so many doctors to diagnose my problem and no way they could cure me . Went to Dr Lee And within minutes he prescribed me the right medication. I have directed most of my friends here and yes they say he is the best . I no longer waste time going other clinics . Here is the best !Just ask for Dr Lee junior. By the way I’m not his best friend or relative .I’m just speaking the truth .

Dr LEE TH is polite and very friendly. He does’t rush through his consultation and takes time to explain and educate. Unlike some doctors from profit motivated corporation which I shall not name (Sir Stamford *R* cough cough) Dr LEE is knowledgable and seemed genuine and concerned about my health. I hate going to those R clinic doctors who only know how to treat basic illnesses and known to refer you to specialists to keep up their referral KPI $$$$$. Dr LEE is very busy and there is often a long queue to see him.

This clinic almost made me miss my flight! Utterly disappointing. I went here for my Pre-Departure ART test before I depart for the US. I was here a day before my flight, as the US requires a negative ART within a 24-hour window. However, the clinic printed THE WRONG DATE on my certificate, and also in the system. I only checked to make sure my particulars were correct, and didn't realize that the date was wrong until I was at the airport and wasn't allowed to check in because the date was printed wrong. I called the clinic multiple times to ask for a refund at least, since they have technically issued me an expired ART test result, and I paid $60 for it. Nobody has picked up my calls ever since. Hope to receive an apology at least.

Dr. Lee is an excellent doctor. As well as being knowledgeable and skilful, he is patient and considerate. And a good explainer, too.

Dr Lee is (in my opinion) the best GP that one could possibly have the pleasure of consulting. He is sincere, welcoming, incredibly patient, thorough, accomodating and warm. He takes time to explain stuff to you explicitly and answers your queries /doubts so that you can have a clearer understanding. Quip with an abundance of knowledge and years of practice, he generously shares and prescribes you with the medication to suit your health and needs. He is a doctor who makes you feel like he genuinely cares for your health and isn't just like any other GP out there who just wants to make money. As opposed to the many other GPs i have visited, Dr Lee, takes time to find out what my needs are, how he can help with them. Instead of merely finding a cure, he seeks to find out the root of the issue and address my health needs in that aspect. He is kind of doctor who stands true to his oath as a medical practitioner. The only downside is the long waiting time but he is most definitely worth the while!
