She is warm and approachable, explains and recommends the products that is most suitable for my skin as I'm a heavy user of clinique's Moisture Surge. She also keeps me updated once stocks are available when they were out of stock and same for promotions too!

It was Riko who served me that day, although I told her I was just looking around, but her patience and detail explanation really impressed me. Also because of it , I felt that I chose the right brand and the right skin care products for me. Will definitely come back again ??
