★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cozy and nice environment, Clean and neat Area kept well to standard even though the crowd was quite heavy for a lazy Thursday afternoon ? Amazing price of $10/- NETT for a decent haircut (although I felt generous today) to try their signature " standard Fade" style ?
Kelvin was pleasant and was professionally trained on haircut which gave me advise on hair style design and tips to style my given hair length. Kudos to kelvin!! He was definitely an asset to the barber shop.
Made it stand out from the rest of its competitors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my last 3 haircuts with them. Eventhough it was just a $10-12 haircut, they gave advice on the style and also understood very clearly what I wanted. And they seemed to be more skilled with their cutting / shaving compared to other similar shops I have tried. Highly recommended.

I keep coming back to get my hair cut. The third time getting a haircut by Sky, I wanted to show her a picture of the previous cut by her that I like, but I couldn’t find the picture. Luckily, she remembers the cut.
Sky is very professional and understands my difficult hair. I recommend getting a haircut from her. Definitely will come back to get a haircut from her again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very very average. Please don't have high expectations as they are not bothered to cut your hair evenly and your head will look patchy. If you want to look decent, just spend bit extra to go to a proper barber. Even QB house next door is better. 1st and last time cutting my hair here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a classic cut from this younger lady with distinct blue hair and cool arm tattoos, so rarely do i get a longer cut and have someone pay attention to what i actually want/ask multiple qns to get it right. Like a trim but still retaining my length which grows slowly.

She is rude, decided her own preferred haircut style and rushing to finish the haircut as fast as possible for her own benefits. Low skill and lack of service compare to other barber in the same shop. Even the next shop QB house also providing better service compare to her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this outlet on 15 Jun for the first time after seeing their $10 promotion banner. They accept cashless payment (i.e. nets, paynow etc) at a machine. The ambience is comfy, very spacious and no glaring lights. I needed a trim for my shoulder length hair. Stylist Grace is able to see my hair's condition and recommend a bob hairstyle which I like very much. She also offers me valuable haircare advice. The service I experienced here is way better than the other quick cut outlets I have visited before. Will definitely visit Grace again.
