Worst place to cut your hair. Hairdressers keep insisting this and that and rude. Told her not to cut sides too much, ended up with undercut sides

Nice place. Easy to find books using their system. iPads placed in quite a number of convenient locations for ahoppers to use

Good service .. better than similar barber shop that may charge less.

Place was brightly lit and clean. Payment can be by cash or Grabpay. Service was fuss-free and efficient.

Would have given zero if that were possible. Service staff Sally Sim was not just inefficient (diverted 5 customers away while I was there), she was also inflexible (both my son and I were paying customers but my son was refused a seat ). Not ever going back to this branch.

Terrible service @ level 2, New year day!!! Staff have sub zero compassion towards kid who needs to cut his hair. Telling me off if my son is unable to sit alone, your company cannot take him in? No wonder there is always a long queue at EC. EC is cheaper and provide good services. Bye to QB after my 2 years of supporting you.

I was getting a haircut at B1 on the late afternoon of 14/5/2020. The lady that attended to me was completely incompetent. Below is a breakdown on the reasons why: 1) She had to grab the shaver with two hands to shave my hair. She is either lazy or physically weak. End up my hair was cut unevenly, holes can be seen from the back of my head. 2)I told her to cut the top of my hair and my fringe short and thin. She just anyhow cut the top of my hair at random places without checking whether the overall cut was indeed shorten (Looks the same as before). My fringe was untouched also. Very very unprofessional. Based on the aforementioned reasons, I hope that the management will remind the staffs on work professionalism and schedule them for more frequent training to have their skills be up-to-date. The quality from the lady’s haircut was definitely not worth the price of $12. Even those cheap hair salon on the street can produce better quality of hair cuts.

The hairdresser was very professional proud of his skills; he was confident to deliver a quick comfortable cut I requested. Happy experience ????
