★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took a class on fundamental barista skills and another on essential coffee knowledge. Instructors for both were friendly and knowledgeable. When I missed one of the classes by accident, they actually followed up with me to schedule a makeup. At the end of both classes I got to bring home a bag of beans which I thought was a nice touch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're planning to learn a bit more about coffee, from basics to more advanced skills, then CMCR is an excellent option. I took the 'Fundamentals of Coffee' and 'Essential Barista Skills' courses - both highly recommended.
The claases are taught in a fun and hands-on manner. The environment is cozy and comfortable. The instructors are highly knowledgeable and patient. My instructors were Keith and Ash, both were amazing. They're both open to questions and will answer any queries you might have on coffee stuff.
For me the classes were a perfect way to take my mind off work and learn something new in a very well managed environment. Got some freebies and a printed certificate as well in the end :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So we signed up for 3 classes which are the Basic, Fundamentals of barista skill and Latte Art. I really enjoyed our classes with Keith. Keith was such an amazing instructor. I learned so many things from the class and so excited for to build our own coffee shop in the future.
