Unprofessional and lack of knowledge. Will not come back.

I am very disappointed with Pathlight Centre at Goldhill. I seek professional help for my child who has OCD problem. The hypnotherapist did more harm then help my child. The hypnotherapist told my child it was ok to take long bath (my child's bath time was abt 2hrs), as a result, my child has increased the bath time to 3hrs. Reason for doing so? Hypnotherapist says it is ok to have long shower. Your parents are controlling u by stopping u to take long bath. Every wrong things that my child does, the hypnotherapist would say "yr parent is controlling u". So much so that my child would sometimes rebel when we request him to do something or not to do, my child would say the same thing "the hypnotherapist says, it is ok to do this or do that. U are controlling me". I regret to say that they have harm my child by brainwashing my child and causing my child to rebel against his parents. In fact, my child was like 'woke up' and told us that it was the hypnotherapist who told my child that we are always controlling my child. My child knows the hypnotherapist is wrong and told us "i told you she is no good. She (hypnotherapist) told me you are controlling me! I was shocked how badly influenced my child was. When my child was late for appointment (being OCD), they could actually slammed the door at my child despite me telling them that my child would arrive in 10mins time. My child rushed to the Centre, only to find that all lights were turned off n the door locked. As my child's consultant, they know n should understand my child has OCD problems, not that my child wanted to be late. Besides, i have also explained to them the reasons why my child was late. They said, "we understand, it is ok". But see what cruel things they have done to my child. When i asked for a change of time, nobody bothered to reply or advise me if it was ok to change. So may i ask, what professionalism do they have? Now i have to quickly engaged a professional for my child to correct his forever thinking that his parents are controlling him. It is a heavy damage to my child. So please think twice before u engaged or sought help from professionals.

Best learning experiences ever! I took the Certified Hypnotherapist course in 2012 and NLP in 2015, and they were life changing for me, came in the right times of my life as well, helped me look at my life, myself differently from another perspectives.

Positive experience with the centre. They are professional and genuine in understanding my needs, my best investment made to attend their program. The learnings gained, is meaningful for me to understand myself better and I am able to use the skills learnt to help others.

The work at Pathlight Centre lays a firm foundation for both my personal and professional growth. It is here I took the NLP Practitioner (2012), Certifiied Hypnotherapist (2013) and NLP Master Practitioner (2014). These courses and other processes had a massive positive impact on my life. Today, what I learnt continues to benefit me. I employ these techniques and tools to my work as an educator. The work done in this healing space is crucial for all parents, professionals, educators and just about any human being who appreciates the importance of self-development. Be there with an open mind and open heart.

Hey there team Pathlight Centre! you guys did super great! Not forgetting being rofessional and ethical too. Just wanna thank all of my mentors and therapists there as they have helped me alot in many things (too many to mention here). Nevertheless, your hard work and dedication has really helped me out during my difficult time handling both mental & emotional health. Great experience. The hypnotherapist was very professional and easy to talk to. I was surprised during the first meet up I was able to open up quite a lot. Didn't expect to be so easy to open up and talked with the person I just met not long. Hypnosis has helped me in many ways, and make some great changes in my life. Highly recommend Hypnotherapy as an alternative therapy to manage stress and cope with anxiety.
