★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My organisation needed to replace our tentage canvas & CN Canvas was one of the four companies who gave us a quotation.
CN Canvas & one other company were prompt in making an appointment to view our premise but Wilson from CN Canvas stood out as I observed that he did a proper measurement of our tentage.
He also explained the different types of canvas used for different purposes.
CN Canvas quotation was not the lowest but the professionalism shown from their first visit won them the tender.
Follow-up was prompt & clear.
Their workers came and they were a happy lot.
To me, happy workers are important as it can be seen from the work they produce.
They went an extra mile to clean our existing tentage lights & fans.
Highly recommended ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bought a small cut roughly 1.5 year ago. the sales person ke xin was very helpful and provided a lot of advices for my particular usage as to which material would be more suitable. price wise was below $50 not sure if could have gotten it cheaper elsewhere for such a small cut and this place was the nearest.

He is a cheerful person, obliging and very professional when engaged in our discussion despite my customised request doesn't come to a large amount. His colleagues were also very polite and helpful when I visited their office .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got CN contact through Google Hits. I was searching for custom canvas and CN was one of the hits. My custom canvas is actually very small scale and initially I doubt any company will respond to me. Nevertheless, I still send out my enquiries.
CN was the only company (I was attended by Nikki) who responded to me and not only that, they were very prompt in their follow ups and confirmation. Even the fabrication was done very quickly.
I gave them a 5 stars because:
1. Very responsive (within a day).
2. Very accommodative (mine was a small scale order).
3. Very responsible (they initiated and clarified any grey area).
4. Swift production (delivered within within 2 days).
5. Great quality (finished product was beyond my expectation).

I had a custom made canvas made by them for me, before making the design they came back with some suggestions on how to improve the design. The delivery was met as expected and the price was correct. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used them to replace the canvas on our boat. They were extremely responsive on the material selection then quickly went about ordering and then installation. They knew well what they were doing and we’re quick, efficient and effective. The end result was just as promised with very little input needed from us apart from the initial selection of fabric and colour.
