Have heard of BHH for a long time from fellow riders on their great service. Went down for the 2nd time to do my bike, the mechanic Jack is very attentive, friendly & reassuring. He keeps updating me on my bike's status and what is wrong with it. Giving me the option on what I need to do/repair. I rented a Yamaha MT-09 with them in the mean time. When my bike came back, it felt even better than before. Even though some riders feel that BHH may be abit on the high side, you're paying for First Class service, quality & assurance that your bike is taken care of.

First time coming down to Ban Hock Hin after reading great reviews here. And it’s definitely not my last. The service advisor whose name is Jack, was the one who called to help me book an appointment though it’s a last minute arrangement. Since I have not serviced my bike for quite some time, Jack told me that the mechanics will do a thorough check, which they did. And the good thing is, they will recommend to you the necessary things that need to be changed. All you need to do is give your approval once they present the invoice. Jack was very polite and helpful in explaining the diagnosis that was being done to my bike. Price wise, it’s comparable to other workshops. But the service was tip top, which not many others provide. They even cleaned up my bike after servicing, thus save me the time by going for bike wash afterwards. Kudos to the team for the great job ?. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed.

Decided to try Ban Hock based on the great reviews I read and was not disappointed. Jack was very proactive, calling me before the appointment and understanding the service requests more in depth. Based on the diagnosis from the mechanic, Jack kept me updated on the cost of the repair and always sought my approval first; very professional. Workmanship is good but what truly differentiate them is the service and the little attentions. Fion at the counter was so sweet, so professional and welcoming; you usually do not receive this sort of service in a motorcycle workshop and it does make the difference. I’ll service my bikes with them again in the future.

I had forgotten how beautiful the rim was. After 9 years of riding the same bike, I had taken for granted the wear and tear and the fade in the shine over the years. My usual workshop did not have the rear tyre which needed to be changed. I was searching for bike workshops near my place. Went to Ban Hock Hin as they had the same tyre dimensions that I was looking for. The service was simply excellent. While changing the tyre, they checked the balance and also cleaned out the rim. Excellent service. I had completely forgotten how beautiful the rim was initially when I got the bike. Thanks to Jack, Jason and team for making it a pleasant Saturday. Thank you Ban Hock Hin for helping me to fall in love with my bike again.

Bought a pair of Resurgence Jeans and RAM mirror mounting. Staff was really helpful and knowledgeable. Very pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

Another great service from BHH for my Super Tenere for my first major servicing. Took 2 days but was worth the wait as servicing is very detailed with prompt update from Shi Wei, excellent customer service! Shi Wei follow up with me on the diagnostic issue to see if it appears again after one week. Wow..this is the first time I encountered this kind of following from bike shop.. highly recommend. Came back for diagnostic cos engine warning light was on. ShiWei was the one served me and clearly explained to me the issues and what was rectified with even photos of the diagnostic performed and shown me the error message. Really top notch customer service. Had my bike service by Ban Hock Hin, I have to say their customer service is excellent and Jack is super friendly and attention to detail. Good value for money for Quick Service Package at $99 for class 2 bike. There is an area where you can sit and wait for your bike service. Surely will return for my next service.

Awesome customer service from start to finish by Firdaus! Definitely a go to place for your conti bike needs. Constant update and advice before proceeding with any works to be done on the bike. Everything was explained clearly and made sure I understood what was happening. Trustworthy and honest! Willing to go the extra mile to give me a peace of mind! Keep it up!

My First experience with Ban Hock Hin Co Pte Ltd! You did not teach face value service but a real customer service from your staff. Not many motorcycle workshop carry the spirit as Yours. My experience with Raymond the Insurance assessor was kind, reception by Fion with my queries on my motorcycle was with a great smile and patience and she was so polite and me a nice cuppa of coffee, Peter Yeo was so good and excellent in his convo and helping me set up a nice mobile holder. I left a bag at the workshop and he offered to drive and pass Me the bag at my house was never an expected matter. I am thankful for the mindfulness he gave. I had to decline as it’s my mistake and arranged for grab delivery and he packed and sealed my bag nicely for delivery (see pix). Recently Shi Wei contacted me to inform on my motorcycle collection after the 3rd party repairs and I asked her to check on my ABS and other things. She made sure my bike was thoroughly checked and informed me on a breakdown list for my attention and consideration to do the needful for my bike. Shi Wei worked closely with me and guided me on the bike repairs and I Knew she had the best interest for the personal repairs I had to spend on and helped me with the best choices. Thanks Ban Hock Hin for raising the best staff in your company. I’ve decided that I will do my service and repairs at your company cos they are the best I’ve seen. Your workshop Guys are so friendly to move my bike from obstructing other bikes which was commendable. Move big bike like a small bike. Very experienced. I took my bike today and it felt like a new engine. I think it’s a Mr Tony who met the extra mile to even lubricate the clutch for smoother clutching amongst other adjustments ?lastly my insurance replacement was fantastic ?
