โ โ โ โ โ We had an appointment with Michael on getting the OTP contract and initial down payment finalized. He was patient and detailed, and I could tell he must have done similar cases multiple times (which was assuring). Fees were competitive, and I was referred to him by a Redbrick mortgage consultant (Thomas Chew). It was a seamless experience and everything was done in a single setting (including getting the bank loan officer over to get the loan signed).
