In my opinion, the lawyer should be a knowledgeable person who explains processes clearly and honestly to the layman, especially in the purchase of a property where large sums of money are involved. In this regard, I feel Teh Lim & Partners has failed to deliver. In my case, they had called for two withdrawals from my CPF account, one of which was never authorised by me. When the mistake was surfaced, instead of admitting it was an honest mistake on their end, I was made to feel that it was either my fault or CPF's fault, neither of which was true. In short, I have serious doubts about the firm's processes and will urge you to think twice them about engaging them.
A	A D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst lawyer my family have ever engaged. Recommended by the bank and a very arrogant and complacent lawyer. We checked on this firm only after we engaged him and realised he had only 1 star rating but was quickly pushed up with positive reviews all at the same time which reflects the possibility of fake reviews. Teh has no integrity nor is he a responsible lawyer. He pushes away responsibilities and has a LOUSY character. He talks and write as if he is above his clients. He is rude. He is a shame to the Singapore Law industry. Very terrible experience and I hope no one falls for this like we did.

It was for a property purchase but have some complications from the seller which delayed the closing. Visited his office today and signed the documents. Pleasant interaction. He explained the process involved in the BTO purchase clearly. Cant ask for more. One of the lowest fee compared to others. Highly recommended.
K	Kelly Goh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Engaged Mr Teh last year for my resale purchase (recommended by my sister). His fees was the lowest among all quotes that I received. He was approachable and could be contacted very quickly (my transaction was complicated by the circuit breaker). Note that you won't get top notch service/ client experience (it's a small set up located in an old building), and most of the admin work is carried out by the ladies in his team subsequent to first meeting with the lawyer. They do get the job done.
