My wife and I had a very good experience buying our first car (and second hand) with Alex from Autoconnect Motoring! It's viewing by appointment from SGcarmart - and we were very pleasantly surprised when we - surprised him - at the last minute with a request to view. Even though it was a Sunday, he immediately made time and met us in less than 20 mins! Alex is very patient in explaining all the details (especially for us as first time car buyers) and was not pushy at all. He's also very sincere, transparent and flexible in a sense that we could get our own insurance for the purchase (unlike other used car dealers that require you to have the 1st year insurance with them). The car we were interested in was accurately described as per the listing on SGcarmart and after a viewing, test drive and second viewing - we put down a deposit to have the car evaluated at STA. The inspection further proved the description of the car being low-mileage and in excellent condition as it came back with an "A" grade! We went ahead with the purchase and happily collected the car ahead of our original schedule, which he was able to accommodate! Top-notch service, highly recommend for first time car buyers - especially if he has a model that you are interested in.
