Interesting to find young entrepreneurs dealing with Char Siew Roasted Duck and Roasted Pork
They roast their meat early morning at the same premises and ready for business by 8.30 am. Manning the chopping board was Mr. Liew.
I must say they are relatively new less than 4 months.
They served very crunchy Roasted Pork especially the skin which I crave most. The meal cost me $3.50. They were very polite and courteous with their services The Char Siew is a little too dry. Today I did not try the Roasted Duck so I can't comment, sorry.
Anyway if you are in the west and have the craving for crispy meat give it a go
