★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You could rarely find 红槽酒面线 (red rice wine chicken mee sua) around but fortunately enough, I have had 珍味板面 located right under my block.
The signboard may suggested that the main highlights should be their 板面 (ban mian) or 鱼汤 (fish soup), but their 必点 (must order) dishes are actually their dumpling noodle and red rice wine chicken mee sua.
I always ordered their red rice wine chicken mee sua due to the fact that I don't always got to eat that outside. The chicken meat were so well marinated and the taste of red yeast wine were also penetrated into the chicken meat.
