He was very patient, detailed, and honest in explaining the pre procedure and does not rush through the consultation quickly. The nurses and front counters staffs were all kind and helpful, which was a great comfort to me. I was surprised and grateful that I could spend my Christmas with my family and friends outdoor just a week after post opt ? Thank you for your excellent service, Dr. Colin Tham & team! ?

During consultation, he will explain the surgery clearly and and effects if any. Till to date, I’m still received my laser sessions by Dr Colin and he is still as professional as usual even. To add on, there’s no over price on the surgery which I have research before engaging for his service. My review came late, as recently I have saw much false accusations and malice against Dr Colin and I hope my 20 cents worth of feedback will help to clarify.

I had a bad experience with a previous surgeon and shared my concerns and fears with Dr Tham. He was very assuring and understanding. I get episodes of paranoia and anxiety due to the last bad experience with another surgeon and Dr Tham and his team were most helpful , patient and assuring whenever I freak out during the recovery process. Before scheduling my first consultation with Dr Tham, I did my research on the clinic, the methods used, reviews, etc. and was fully satisfied. In discussing the procedure, Dr Tham took the time to understand what I wanted (and answered my many questions), explained what could be expected, possible limitations due to various factors, etc. I was very happy with the result, and had a second procedure done by Dr Tham - once again, very pleased with the outcome. I had actually inquired about other procedures, but he felt they were unnecessary and advised against them as the results would not be significant. I would like to commend Dr Tham's staff as well, who are always professional, caring, and responsive. I was just at the clinic today for a follow-up. If I need any other procedures done, I would not hesitate to leave it in his good hands.
