Wonderful person in charge that understand and give suitable advise to what less and more to blend in to my concept of theme. Waiting time is reasonable, 一分钱一分货 worth it definitely, price range acceptable and definitely cant find it anywhere and any price lower. Best deal for me as An average class Singaporean. After we bought our hdb, we have the design and idea of how we want our hdb to be. We started shopping around the island to look for furniture that suit our Scandinavian theme. Went to many Furniture outlets that are recommended by friends and colleagues where some items are bought but there are items like Dinner table, Bench and Rug that are still outstanding. One day, we were browsing the website and chance upon your name. The furniture in your webpage looks like what we are looking for. So we decided to pay Collectif Design a visit on one weekend and bet you the first impression lasts. The moment we stepped inside your showroom it is like OMG, we should have found you earlier kinda of feeling. We found all their items which are suar wood table, wood bench, TV console, coffee table, standing mirror that we long wanted. Many of friends / relatives who visited our new home are impressed with our design theme which was further enhanced by the Collectif Design furniture that we have put in. They are more astonished when we told them the price that we paid for. So who says you need to spend a bomb to make your home looks fashionable !! Overall, The entire experience with the boss Benjamin is a very good ones. He is very friendly, the delivery is smooth and delivered on the stipulated time slot. We are certainly going to be a repeat customer and recommend Collectif Design to our friends without a doubt.

Ben is very passionate about his work. Found his place at hillview and now he opened showroom in town. If you're looking furniture, you may find same model at few places. When you come to see Ben's collection, some are similar but the good thing about his product, it has strong wood character that make it unique. You also can customise according to your budget as well. Ben will try his best to give his bright ideas. We bought dining table, bar stools, coffee table, and counter top. And recently came to buy shelves. Each of the item has own character which created cozy feeling. Most of our friends and relatives who came to our place liked it. We brought stools and custom made a bench & table legs from Collectif design. Quality of wood is good with competitive pricing and would love to buy more if not of our existing furnitures. Also had our existing wood furnitures re-furnish by Benjamin and the workmanship is great and the new matt finish looks better than the original glossy finish and accentuate the grains much more! Benjamin is very flexible, hands on and with direct connections to the wood sources and recommend this to be a good place to check out for solid wood furnitures! Just remember to call in advance before going down.

I wish to commend Collectif Designs Benjamin for the exceptional customer service provided. Having a pleasant disposition, Benjamin went beyond the extra mile (not just went the extra mile) to patiently explain clearly about all the types of wood and stain. He stained many samples of wood many times just for us to see and choose the preferred colour. I have yet to see a better customer service. By far, in my opinion, this is the best customer service rendered by any service provider. The products in the showroom are exquisite. Some wood pieces are rare that cannot be found elsewhere. Customisation of any sort can be done here. The prices offered are very competitive. I would inevitably recommend anyone including my friends and relatives to get their dining tables done over here.

Boss is very nice and patient in discussing the design I wanted for my furniture. The craftsmanship is good . I am happy with the items I ordered from them. Highly recommended for those who is looking for good quality of wood furniture with reasonable price.

Ben is helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, and able to custom made according to my requirements. Solid wood used for the dining table, chairs, bench and console. Overall, thumbs up - good service. Keep it up!
