Hi, there is a defect with the sofa which was delivered to me 2 weeks ago. I have sent a WhatsApp message twice today but no response and my calls were unanswered. Please look into this matter and get back to me as soon as possible or I will have to follow up with other outlet.

Good experience with Megafurniture. My first order was actually delayed ,Megafurniture team was actually proactive in informing me and giving me an option to refund which i did. Subsequently ordered 6 chairs from them and i recieved the order promptly within 2 weeks or less. highly recommend them.

We visited Mega Furniture to look for a set of sofa and was interested in one of their modular design. Florence was very helpful and patient throughout the process, even going to the extent of helping us move the modular pieces around to better visualise the end product. Thank you Florence!

Visited Mega furniture at Hillview. Was served by Zayden who was helpful and answered my questions professionally. He was patient and thoughtful never felt any hard-sell nor pressure at all. Ended up I didn't purchase on the spot as I needed to ensure space sufficient. I texted him the following days to confirm two pull out beds. I was advised tat it will take 4-6 weeks but to my surprise it only took 6 days. So happy with the whole process. Thank you Zayden!

Finally!! My storage bedframe arrived after 2.5 months of shipment delay because of Malaysia's MCO's order. I must say the bedframe is worth waiting for! The delivery was arranged on a Wednesday, between 2 - 5 pm and the dispatch team gave me a call 30 mins before arriving at 2.30 pm. The dispatch team was very skilled and efficient, they brought all the materials up and they started to unpack it outside my house before bringing it inside to assemble. The whole installation took less than 15 mins for a queen size bed with cushioned headboard. The storage floor bed is covered and the deep and wide storage size can really put a lot of things inside. Most importantly, the hydraulic system is easy to use and not too hard to pull down. Thank you, Mega Furniture. I'll definitely recommend it to my friends and will be back for other purchases.

Their Shopee representative said Tai Seng has a larger variety than their Hillview store. So we then booked a rental car and travelled down all the way from Punggol to take a look at their bed frame quality in real life before buying. Sadly, half the furniture in the space was missing or wrapped in cling wrap. No staff greeted us upon arrival although we were the only customers. The older lady that served us eventually said this was their last day and they were moving out to Oxley tomorrow, hence the lack of items and wrapped up furniture on display. She didn’t know half of the pricing of bed frames as well. None were labelled. Was really frustrating having to wait for her to run back and forth to check pricing. After a few pricing enquirers she just said something along the lines of “I’m not sure I don’t dare to tell you also”. Shouldn’t the customer service online tell us it’s their last day at Tai Seng so we don’t travel down there?

Pleased with delivery timeline, price and quality. This bedside table is v reasonably priced, suitable for my needs and looks v decent too. Not bad! Probably will go to the showroom to take a look if I need furniture.

Bought a barry bed from them(Tai Seng outlet). the bed was fine but the logistics team was not. Took 2 trips on 2 days to get the full inventory completed. On first day, said that my room was too small and there was no space to fix the headboard to bedframe. I had to carry and instruct them on how to manouvre the bed so that the headboard can be fixed. It was possible but clearly an inconvenience to them who seem more interested to send the items and leave without properly fixing the bed. On second day, they delivered the side panel. Same attitude and said could not fix the side panel to bedframe as there was no space. The process should be the same as the day before but they just dnt want the inconvenience. So they left.Such is the poor level of their logistics team and customer service. My bed has yet to be fixed properly.
