This store has a lot of great clothing, and the prices are reasonable. However, we definitely felt like we were ig ored by the staff at first (this happened with several of them so it was a trend for sure). Still, the clothes, if you're looking for that type of thing, are better thab many and it'a worth a look.

The store has enough collections. Worth giving a try. But the staffs are really not welcoming. When I bought the dress I checked if we can exchange in case the dress didn't fit. They said we can exchange also. But when we went back to exchange we felt like they did not want to pull out more stuff from the rack. They pulled out 2 or 3 and started saying that this is best for you pick this one and all. Even though we can see the similar size in the top of the rack, we asked to see those, still the staff pulled out only one from them and stopped ?. It was a nice shop but will never want to purchase from here since customer service was very poor.Regret on my decision spending this much money there.

Great style options, but limited sizing made it very frustrating to shop here as they don't have all sizes for all styles. Staff also did not make it easier when they pull out options that were not the correct size. Perhaps the most frustrating part was when they offered free alteration services, but proceeded to not tell us clearly when their tailor will be in. At first, staff said the tailor would be in the next week on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Waited the weekend to go again, and when I called to check on Tuesday, staff told me that the tailor was again not in. I'm inclined to believe that they do not actually offer alteration services if the tailor is so hard to get a hold of! Ended up having to pay extra at another shop to get my dresses altered. Very frustrating! Buy only if you are the exact S, M, L and XL sizes. Otherwise, you are really better off looking for options at Tekka.
