Many collections were not available... But there were many new collections in other jewellery shops... I think they should get some new collections

Worst jewellery shop. Staff dont welcome customers with smile nor care to serve. All busy talking among themselves but not intetested to serve customers. If GRT feel dont value all walks of customers, pls go close your shop here and go return to India. We dont need you here.

Good and nice designs. making charges are comparitively cheap. Tourists can get gst refund. Ask the staff to register ur bill against ur passport.

I ordered jewellery (for wedding) from overseas for my brother in law to pick up while he transits through Singapore. I spoke numerous times with store manager before ordering to make sure the jewellery is ready for pick up while my brother in law transits through Singapore. He agreed and confirmed that there will be no issues and it will be ready. I sent reminders to store manager few times within 7 days before the date of pick up. He gave no clear answers but considering all the due diligence work I did with store manager before ordering, I assumed all will be ok. When my brother in law was in Singapore and he called store manager for him to visit and pick up jewellery, he said not ready and it will be another week before it arrived. This resulted in me booking a return flight and accommodation just to pick this jewellery (had no choice because wedding was in about 2 weeks time) at a cost of more than SGD1000.

Customer service should improve. Salespersons whom I met was not active and she’s not interested in showing the jewels. We ended up purchasing at Joyalukas which is opposite to this shop.

The staff were least interested in serving a customer. I truly believe that I would like to part with my hard earned money with a smile on my face. I was wanting a gold ring for my niece, an the body language of the staff when they spoke to me was at best, not interested in your business. As I walked out of their shop, the neighbouring Chinese gold shop looked at me made eye contact and invited me in without even considering I might have bought what I needed from the store I was coming out of. I walked out of the chinese gold shop $135/ poorer but with a full smile at the gold I bought and more so of the way I was treated. Perhaps they have enough business that they can afford to careless about customers who actually walk in....

The Sales people in the GRT were good in explaining the product. I was attended by one of the Sales representative "Ellamathi" in the chain n pendant section and i told her that i m not sure at the moment whether i' ll buy or not still she provided adequate information about the product with politeness and patiently..
